My parents are around his age and even though they’re both really healthy, their skin is super fragile. They get bad bruising, broken vessels, and skin tears all the time. It’s just a thing that happens with age. Seeing his botched makeup on top of that natural fragility makes it even more glaring.

Of course his personal doctor is going to give him a clean bill of health. That's what he's being paid to do. I suspect if the actual results of the tests came out, the doctor would very quickly find himself out of a job, and possibly have his medical license yanked. 

I've been saying it for several years. They need an independent team of doctors, not paid by the government, to do a complete physical and mental workup on him. And then release the findings to the general public 'in the interest of transparency. " (the government loves that catch phrase, but they rarely follow it) There are several medical professionals that have stated that from their observations Trump is suffering from a range of both mental and physical ailments that are not being disclosed by his private doctor.
